Foreign Interest Surges in Bulgarian Property Market, Especially in Resorts
Real estate agents have reported a surge in property purchases by foreigners in Bulgaria's resorts and major cities like Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, and Burgas
UK-based global travel search site Skyscanner has named Bulgaria one of the best-value holiday destinations this year, travel.aol.co.uk has announced.
“With summer holidays here starting at little more than ?220 including flights and accommodation, it's not difficult to see why this country is becoming an increasingly popular choice for budget-conscious Brits in search of a decent beach holiday,” travel.aol.co.uk said.
Skyscanner said on its website that Bulgaria's Black Sea resorts "have undergone a bit of a boom with British visitors in recent years, probably because they offer a total bargain compared with traditional summer sun destinations like the south of Spain.”
