Bulgarian singer Krasimir Avramov and his own song "Illusion" collected Saturday evening 55,52% of the spectators' vote and will represent Bulgaria in the "Eurovision 2009" finals in Moscow, BGNES reports.

Poly Genova and her song "One Lifetime Is Not Enough" took the second place, while Mariana Popova with "Crazy" is third.

Bulgarians had 15 minutes to vote by phone or text message for their favorite song to represent the country in Moscow.

Russian mega star Philip Kirkorov was a special guest of the Saturday night concert, which was aired live by the Bulgarian National Television .

Kirkorov, who was born in the Bulgarian Black Sea capital Varna, presented a mini-recital and fired up the audience, who greeted him with standing ovations. The singer dedicated to the Bulgarian spectators, gathered in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture, the Russian version of the hit song "Save All Kisses for Me" of the "Brotherhood of Men" group, winners of "Eurovision 1975." The Russian version has been prepared especially for the Moscow show.

Bulgaria has participated four times in the "Eurovision" contest. The biggest success has been the 5th place in 2007.

The "Eurovision 2009" finals will be held in May, in Moscow, the capital of last year's winning country. Russia won "Eurovision 2008" by a song of pop singer Dima Balan. The Russians have vowed to organize the most splendid show in the history of the contest. They will spend EUR 30 M for it. Part of the funds will be slated for the renovation of the Olympic complex, where the concert is going to be held.

It is expected that "Eurovision 2009" will be watched by 100 million people, at the concept and on TV.
