The famous choir the Mystery of the Bulgarian voices will fill the Neumunster castle in Luxembpurg, where on April 25 Bulgaria and Romania will sign the Accession Treaty with the European Union.

The Bulgarian singers will perform the EU anthem twice.

The solemn ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. Bulgarian time when the Luxembourg's Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa arrive. They will be welcomed with the Wilhelmus song.

The Mystery of the Bulgarian voices will then perform the "Ode to Joy."

Luxembourg Prime Minister and EU Council President Jean-Claude Juncker will then make a speech. President of the European Parliament, Josep Borell as well as Josй Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission will also take the floor.

The official signature of Bulgaria and Romania's EU Accession Treaty will then take place.

Bulgaria's Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg and Romania's President Traian Basescu will make official addresses as well. They will be followed by another performance of the Mystery of the Bulgarian Voices.

The European Parliament approved last Wednesday the admission of both Balkan countries to the European Union, paving the way for the signature of EU accession treaty later this month.

On March 30, MEPs in the European Parliament's foreign affairs committee gave their backing to Bucharest and Sofia's accession in 2007. Accession negotiations with Bulgaria and Romania were completed on 17 December 2004 and Treaty of Accession is now finalised.

Romania and Bulgaria's target date for EU entry is January 1 2007, but Brussels has repeatedly stressed that accession will be delayed by a year if both countries cannot prove that reforms promised during negotiations are up to scratch.
