Two Balneological Complexes to Be Constructed in Bulgaria's Velingrad

Two balneological complexes are under construction in the Bulgarian mountain resort of Velingrad. After their completion they will comprise a small vacation village.

The Sveti Spas I complex is supposed to be ready by December 2008. It will have a total area of 23 540 square meters, and will consist of four residential buildings and a hotel.

The Sveti Spas II complex is expected to be completed by the end of 2009. It is situated on a plot of 10 472 square meters.

The investor in the project is Sirona International, and the firm construction the objects is DS Bild Ltd.
